MACC CHAIRMAN…THE FATHER OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

Child porn pilot convicted

A MALAYSIAN Airlines co-pilot has been convicted and fined for bringing child pornography into the country on his personal computer.

Ahmad Said appeared handcuffed in Adelaide Magistrates Court today on a charge of importing a prohibited item.

Customs officers arrested the 25-year old at Adelaide International Airport yesterday, after finding three video files containing child pornography.

The videos were titled ``Reped (sic) Virgin'', ``10-Year Old'' and ``High School Students.''

``This material is repugnant and abhorrent - any decent minded person would be so affected by it,'' Magistrate Simon Smart said.

Mr Smart said the rape scene featured a crying girl aged under 18 being forced to have sex with an older male.

``These are not victimless crimes - for every video that depicts such a scene there is a victim,'' he said.

Said's computer was searched after he flew into Adelaide as co-pilot on a Malaysian Airlines flight from Kuala Lumpur.

His lawyer Stephen Barratt said Said had been e-mailed the video files and had not shown anyone else.

``He was simply reckless, this was not material brought in to be disseminated,'' Mr Barratt said.
Mr Smart rejected the defence assertion that Said had ``no interest'' in the pornography, saying there would be no market for such images without people like him.

Mr Barratt said the conviction could ruin Said's career as a pilot at Malaysian Airlines after rising rapidly through the ranks in the past few years.

``The result of this conviction ... could alter the whole of his life and his family,'' Mr Barratt said.
Mr Barratt said Said's arrest and detention in custody for almost 24 hours was ``fairly harsh.''

``He has suffered from being kept overnight in custody and now sits before the court manacled, which he describes to me as one of the lowest points of his life,'' Mr Barratt said.

Magistrate Smart fined Said $5,000 and ordered that his laptop be forfeited to the Crown.

Ahmad Said Hamdan is the father of Ahmad Shauqi, a Malaysian Airlines pilot who was arrested at Adelaide airport on February 07 2008. Ahmad Shauqi was found to have child sex videos on his laptop computer.

When Ahmad Shauqi, 25, arrived at Adelaide Airport on the mentioned date, he said he did not have anything to declare. But customs officers searched his laptop and found child sex videos. Customs officers found clips of child pornography in his laptop, including one featuring a young girl engaged in sexual acts with an older man.

A handcuffed Shauqi had faced court. Magistrate Simon Smart told him the videos were cruel and violent and it was a disgrace that the married father of two had brought the material to Australia. The magistrate said people like Shauqi encouraged the market for child pornography.
Shauqi, whose wife was expecting their third child at that time, was later fined USD4,500.00.
Describing the materials as “repugnant and abhorrent,” sentencing magistrate Simon Smart said: “Any decent-minded person would be so affected by it. These are not victimless crimes. For every video that depicts such a scene, there is a victim.”

Coming from a country whose laws carry heavy penalties for similar offenses, Ahmad Shauqi not only faces the prospect of losing his job, but facing further investigations when he returned home. Malaysian police have confirmed they will launch an investigation into the matter. Till date the police have not taken any action against him.

An Australian customs spokeswoman said, while it is not an offence to bring pornographic materials into Australia, it is a crime to bring “objectionable and abhorrent” materials, which is described as materials which “offend against the standards of morality, decency and propriety generally accepted by reasonable adults.”

Ahmad Shauqi left the court with a jumper over his head because of television camera crews.
The Might Of The Pen website will expose further details of this entire episode if MACC Chairman tries any more illegal activities conspiring with Najib to overthrow the Selangor State government.

IDIOTS' KINGDOM

RM1 M Indelible 2008 Election Ink Scrapped; IGP: Confusion, Public Order & Security at Stake; AG: Amend Constitution 1st; Oppositions think Otherwise
= == = == =Believe it or not, IGP & Rashid Genuine fears & the Reports,
With more details released it is now more clearer what are the implications if the Ink is used. Apparently sabotage plans are to be implemented BEFORE Election day to "ink" the rural folks to create the confusion.
The gist of the cancellation and the implication if the Ink is used.
Musa: “uncovered an attempt by some irresponsible people out to create a confusion during Saturday's elections by having voters dipped their fingers in indelible ink BEFORE the polling day”. Rashid is worried this attempt might sabotage the Polls on 8th March and upset the result.; the activity occurring especially in the rural and interior areas, and the aim was to create confusion and suspicion on the status of the voters concerned.
Prevented from voting - Those with fingers marked can be regarded as having casted their votes when they go to the voting centres on polling day. There are also possibilities that those who have been cheated will not go out to vote as they are afraid of being deemed as having committed an offence, This would lead to a chaotic situation at the voting centres, which might be difficult to control as the candidates' agents and EC staff would get confused over the status of the voters= == == == =
